Awesome home in OstseeResort Olpenitz

Enjoy a relaxing holiday at the OstseeRessortOlpenitz holiday park. The beautiful Scandinavian-style OstSeeStern holiday home is located just a few metres from the Baltic Sea and the beautiful sandy beach, directly on a watercourse with a view of the countryside.



Two of the three bedrooms and the large, loft-style living and dining area are located on the ground floor of the house. The high ceiling and large panoramic windows provide plenty of natural light and a spacious feel.



On the spacious terrace, which runs along two sides of the house, you can enjoy uninterrupted sunshine all day long, relax and watch ducks and waterfowl swimming. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and comfort. A garden shed is available.



The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with an infrared cabin and a shower. Here you can relax and refresh yourself after a long walk by the Baltic Sea.



Thanks to the flexible price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and it is all the more cosy in the holiday home.

As the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the patio furniture is only available in the summer months; in the winter months it is safely stowed away due to the often strong winds.



Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.

Sehr schönes Haus in Standnähe

Das Ferienhaus ist allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ausreichend Platz. Der schöne Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Gartenhütte ist sogar Platz für 4 Fahrräder. Ein Grill ist vorhanden und 2 Sonnenliegen. Wir würnden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen,

Es hat alles gepasst. Helles, modernes, großzügiges Haus mit Blick ins Grüne. Super Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Uns hat die Umgebung des Ferienresorts gefallen. Alles weitläufig und ruhig.

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein sehr großes (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder), helles und allerbestens ausgestattetes, nett dekoriertes Ferienhaus mit Sauna, Terasse vorgefunden. Sehr schöne Aufteilung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor dem Haus zwei Parkplätze. Das Umfeld ist (noch) etwas trist, der Abstand zu den vielen anderen Häusern groß genug. Nur 400 m bis zum Strand. Das Ferienressort (ehemaliger Marinestützpunkt) ist jetzt schon riesig und wird im Endausbau gewaltig. Momentan fehlt dort, bis auf einen Edekamarkt, jegliche Infrastrucktur wie Bars, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Kiosk usw. Es gibt immer noch viele Baustellen, zum Glück nicht in Nähe der Ferienhäuser. Sehr gut ist der stündlich verkehrende, kostenlose Shuttlebus nach Kappeln. Dort ist es tagsüber nahezu unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden. Besten Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt hier! Zum Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten, der Strand-Imbiss Lobster ist 5 min entfernt. Kein Baustellenlärm mehr hier rund ums Häuschen! Uns hat’s gefallen!

Alles super

Alles war super, jedoch sollte man das 2. Badezimmer etwas umfunktionieren , da man hier zur Zeit nur baden kann, nicht duschen. Das macht bei einem Haus, welches für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist, keinen Sinn. Eine kleine Duschwand und eine Halterung für die Dusche würden ausreichen. Das Haus ist außerdem etwas hellhörig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, sollte man aber wissen, wenn man für eine ganze Woche mit z.B 6 Personen hier Urlaub macht. Lage ist direkt am Wasser, dies ist sehr schön.

Wunderschönes Haus. Leider noch viel Baustelle herum.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat ganz viel Charme. Die Umgebung muss noch verbessert werden. Es fehlt noch grün und etwas Ruhe (Baustelle) in der Nähe.
