This is a lovely property, in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by olive trees, with a view down over the lake and old town, approximately 1 km away. Great outside space and pool. Owner was very helpful and available for help if needed.The bedrooms all opened to the outside of the property, but this worked ok for our party. The kitchen equipment is of commercial type from when this was a restaurant, so a little ‘clunky’ to use. There was no kettle for English visitors to make tea. We never managed to heat the hot-tub but it wasn’t really a problem because the weather was good and we liked using the pool.The lake was beautiful, peaceful, with easy access around its shores. The towns were very Italian, with fortified old town quarters. Boat hire and sailing was available on the lake. There were little bars, restaurants and pizzerias in towns and the lake side. The lake obviously caters for visitors but not at all overcrowded with holiday makers. Coffee was great. All in all, we had a super stay at this lovely property.

Dieser Platz ist ein echtes Juwel! Der Blick auf den Lago di Bolsena ist ein Traum, der Outdoor-Bereich sehr gut ausgestattet mit genügend Liegen und zwei tollen Daybeds.Capodimonte ist ein sympathischer Ort und der See herrlich, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen!Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfreich und hat fehlendes Equipment in der Küche (kleine Schüsseln und ein großer Topf) sofort nach unserer Meldung ersetzt. Dass in der Küche nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt worden war vor unserer Ankunft hat er an sein Putzteam weitergegeben.Der Pool ist nicht sehr tief, was aber egal ist - es gibt ja den See. Und der Jacuzzi war sogar bei 38 Grad bei den Kindern sehr beliebt, ebenso der Tischtennis-Tisch.Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub als Freundegruppe und waren uns einig: Das war eines der tollsten Häuser, die wir je hatten!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 14 Personen in dem Haus. Vorm Urlaub hatten wir bereits Kontakt zu Alessandro aufgenommen, der jederzeit auch erreichbar war (via WhatsApp). Wir bekamen eine genaue Anleitung/Beschreibung auf Deutsch zugeschickt. Hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Check in und Check out hat problemlos funktioniert obwohl wir früher auschecken wollten als 10 Uhr --> Danke Alessandro :-) Die Aussicht von dem Anwesen ist sehr schön. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzige Anmerkung, wir hatten Glück und immer super schönes Wetter, sodass wir auf der Terasse gemeinsam essen konnten. Bei schlechten Wetter wird es dann doch sehr eng mit 14 Personen im Wohnzimmer unten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Dank dem Tipp von Alessandro, die Kühltruhe aus zu lassen, waren die Kosten für Strom echt gering :-) 5 von 5 Sterne :-) Gruß Mario
