This Bright Apartment Features:
A living area opening onto a private terrace on the pool side, equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ. It includes a lounge area with a TV (fireplace is decorative only), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, classic coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a raclette set).

Two sleeping areas:

Bedroom 1: Features a queen-size bed (160x200cm), wardrobes, and a desk.

Bedroom 2: Features a king-size bed (180x200cm)—which can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm) upon request at the time of booking—a wardrobe, and a desk.

A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and a separate toilet.

The estate offers shared facilities shared with three other holiday homes:

A heated swimming pool (12m x 3m), open from May to October (weather permitting), with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

An indoor games area (ping-pong, darts).

A shared laundry room (washing machine/dryer) and a secure bike storage area.

Parking: Private outdoor parking for vehicles, and a covered garage for bicycles inside the estate.

Other Things to Note
While enjoying absolute tranquility, you are just 5 minutes away from the Royal Château d'Amboise and the Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci’s final home). The cottage is the perfect starting point to explore the Touraine wine route or to ride along the Loire à Vélo cycling path.

Please note: From June 1st to September 30th, the pool technician maintains the pool every Wednesday in the late morning.

Self-check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Check-in instructions will be sent once the €300 security deposit has been processed (required 48 hours prior to arrival).
