Danke für die Unterstützung von CS. Es war sehr hilfreich, dass sie einen zweiten Schlüssel besorgt haben. Danke auch für die gute Erreichbarkeit, auch am Wochenende. Leider konnten sie auch nichts daran ändern, dass unsere Terrassentür sich nicht öffnen ließ und das WLAN nach zwei schlecht funktionierenden Tagen zusammenstürzte und für den Rest des Urlaubs nicht mehr funktionierte. Der Service war, soweit wohl von ihnen beinflussbar, erstklassig. Herzlichen Dank!

Eigentlich wären es 5 Sterne. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, dies gilt insbesondere für die Küche. Sie liegt wunderbar zentral in Immenstaad. Man ist schnell am Strand oder an der Bushaltestelle. Wie gesagt, eine tolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Auf unseren Wunsch bekamen wir auch einen zweiten Schlüssel. Leider gab es 2 dicke Wermutstropfen, die die Punktzahl für diesen Aufenthalt senken. Zum einen war der „Gartenblick“, wie die Wohnung ja auch heißt, nicht möglich, da die Terrassentür sich nicht öffnen ließ, den Balkon hätten wir wirklich gerne genutzt. Das zweite große Manko war, dass das WLAN 2 Tage schlecht und danach gar nicht mehr funktionierte und trotz Nachfragen bei der Servicestelle, die versprach dies an die Vermieterin weiterzuleiten, nicht mehr zum Laufen kam. Dies verursachte erhöhte Kosten, da wir (so benötigten z.B. unsere Kinder aus beruflichen Gründen das Internet) zusätzlich Datenvolumen für Handy kaufen mussten, damit Hotspots eingerichtet werden konnten.

Leider waren die Vorhänge an der Balkontür nicht gänging. Es war ein Schlüssel für eine Müllablage vorhanden, aber wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Sonst war alle OK.

Eine gemütliche, geräumige und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Netter und zuvorkommender Service. Kurzer Weg zum See mit Badestelle auch für den Hund (praktisch ist eine Schleppleine).

Nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und ist gut ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat das TV-Gerät den Geist aufgegeben. Die Agentur war sehr nett und bemüht uns ein Ersatz-Gerät zu vermitteln. Somit hatten wir am nächsten Tag gleich Ersatz. Super!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Saubere Wohnung mit guter, zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Unser Sohn wünscht sich nun auch ein Hochbett. Lage ist gut, der See ist um die Ecke fußläufig zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit der Immobilienverwaltung unproblematisch und zügig.

Es war sehr schön

Außer, dass die Wohnungstür sehr schwerfällig aufgegangen ist und uns eine alte Frau (vermutlich aus der Wohnung direkt oben drüber) uns am 1. Abend belästigt hat (wir hätten den ganzen Nachmittag und Abend die Waschmaschine laufen lassen - wir hatten gar keine Waschmaschine), war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
