The Splashing Bear Lodge is a beautiful, Homey cabin. My family and I had the best experience spending time together here. From beautiful views to nice dips in the pool I couldn’t recommend this cabin more! I hope we can visit here again in the near future!

Stayed here with my Kids and puppy dog on our trip to Gatlinburg. The house was incredible and the kids loved it. The view was amazing and perfect for watching the sunrise on the porch in the morning. It had everything we needed and the host was very communicative.

We enjoyed our stay in the Smokies. The cabin was exactly what we hoped for….and the heated pool and the hot tub , an instant hit with all the family. We were blessed with the best Host that Tennessee had to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some , thanks for a Great Smokie Mountain vacation from all of us and the 2 dogs , Koko and Raven had a blast. Thanks for everything !!!!!!! B

Extremely clean, great amenities, including pool and hot tub with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our two families. Very quiet during the week with a livelier crowd over the weekend. Close to Pigeon Forge while at the same time feeling like we were a step away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent communication with host, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The cabin was very clean and the beds, comfortable. The views of the mountainside were perfect! The host’s instructions were thorough where we didn’t to contact them for additional information. The pool was clean and the water, warm.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at Black Bear Lodge and loved it! It is the perfect place for our family to reconnect. We love that the bedrooms are on one floor, the common area is on another floor, and the pool/fun area is on a separate floor. This allows "together" time and yet allows everyone to have "private" time. The owner, Karen, was just an email away for anything that we needed. Thank you for allowing us to make another year of memories b sharing your wonderful house and the beautiful views.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

This cabin was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation. Communication was great both before and during the stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone and the kids loved the game room. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent cabin and management was very accommodating
