This beautiful 2.5-room apartment is located in a quiet residential complex. The center of Immenstaad with all shops, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies and the shores of Lake Constance are within walking distance in a few minutes.

The apartment is divided into:
2.5 rooms in the 5th Upper floor with elevator, hallway, bathroom, separate toilet, separate kitchen with fitted kitchen and a balcony to the southwest. It has about 68 m2 of living space. The apartment has a garage.

The bathroom was recently renovated and in 2015 a new kitchen was installed. The furniture in the living / dining area and in the bedrooms dates from the 80s. The double bed in the bedroom has a length of 1.90 m.

The special feature of this apartment is the beautiful lake view.

Der telefonische Kontakt vor Anreise war sehr freundlich und die kontaktlose Übergabe und Abgabe des SchlĂŒssels ĂŒber den SchlĂŒsselsafe hat reibungslos funktioniert. FĂŒr uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Wir waren freudig ĂŒberrascht, kurzfristig so eine tolle WHG zu finden. Mehr Reklame möchte ich nicht machen, da wir auch 2022 Anfang September dort wieder Urlaub machen möchten.

Die Wohnung ist wohl vor kurzen renoviert worden, jedoch die Toilette ist nicht gerade der "Renner"; sehr geruchsintensiv !!! Der Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon war defekt, kostet ja nicht die Welt. Ansonsten sehr schön. Garageneinfahrt ist nichts fĂŒr FahranfĂ€nger

Ein Fahrstuhl zum 5. Stock brachte uns zu einer gerĂ€umigen,gut aufgeteilten Wohnung mit neuem Bad und neuer KĂŒche. Bei Nachmittags -und Abendsonne genossen wir auf dem Balkon oft den wunderbaren Ausblick zum See.

mit bisschen MĂŒhe könnte das ein Traumdomiziel werden

Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Anwohnerbereich, traumhafter Ausblick auf den Bodensee, groß genug, KĂŒche neu renoviert, alles da, bis auf Kaffefilter, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs und SpĂŒlmittel, mussten wir dann einkaufen. Solche kleinen Standardartikel sollten vorrĂ€tig sein. Alles kann man nun nicht von zu Hause anschleppen. Interieur von einer alten Dame und das sieht man auch: Nippes ausgerĂ€umt und ĂŒberzĂ€hlige Teppiche entsorgt. Wlan rein und alle Fernsehprogramme wĂ€hlbar wĂ€re heute schon Standard. Eine Wanduhr hing da, diese war aber kaputt, Kleinigkeiten wie wackelnder Klodeckel, gehören repariert, das "Kinderzimmer" war ohne Nachttisch. Eine Schrankseite war abgesprerrt, wurde schon eng mit der Bekleidung Orts- und Touristikprospekte alt. Jede Menge Nippesgeschirr, aber nur wenige brauchbare Tassen. Balkontisch verrostet und sehr wackelig. Alles fĂŒr kleines Geld sofort zu Ă€ndern. Schade, wenn diese Kleinigkeiten geĂ€ndert wĂ€ren , wĂ€re diese Ferienwohnung eine Topp-Adresse. Ich wĂŒrde wieder hinfahren. Immenstaad ist eine kleine schnuckelige Ortschaft mit unglaublich schönem und duftendem Blumenschmuck und allen GeschĂ€ften in der NĂ€he und tatsĂ€chlich fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Strand am Bodensee frei zugĂ€nglich, schöne Marina und Promenade. Die Maklerin super nett, danke auch der Touristikinformation fĂŒr nette und kompetente Hilfe. Macht was draus: Potential ist da.
