Two Bedroom Two Bath oceanfront unit #407 in the much sought after Royal Garden Resort. Lovely and completely renovated this unit will not disappoint! King bed in master bedroom with twin/full size bunk beds. Flat screens in bedrooms and living area. Granite with subway tile backsplash in kitchen and everything you need for making snacks, drinks and meals. Short walk to Garden City Pier and to restaurants. Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is just a short drive as well as water parks and entertainment venues! Royal Garden is a premium condo resort. Common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, Tiki Bar and three elevators. This complex has covered parking. Parking passes are limited to two per unit and must be displayed per Royal Gardens resort.

When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the wide Garden City beach is right out from the lobby and is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway. This area is away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 60 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are less than a mile south of Royal Garden. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.

Steps from the beach!

We really liked the convenience of this unit, both to parking and the beach. The pools were nice and it was helpful having a restaurant on site. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was small, but big enough for 3 of us. Well-maintained and updated with new appliances. Being merely steps from the beach was great and we enjoyed being able to sit up by the pool and overlook the beach. Several grocery stores and Walmart are close-by. The only thing we disliked was having to make up the beds (clean sheets were left for us) upon our late arrival on the first night. We were surprised to find the beds didn’t have sheets on them yet. Overall, a great place to stay!

Nice Stay / Nice Property

Very nice, updated, clean property in an older building. Bedrooms are on the smaller side. There was a problem with the dishwasher drain that could not be fixed while we were there, but with so many great restaurants close by it was not an issue. We had a minor issue with the thermostat for the A/C, but the property property manager had it fixed very quickly (within an hour). We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again the next time we are in town.

Home away from home

Love Royal Gardens. We have stayed in this building for over 20 years and just can't wait to get back. We always stay 2 weeks at a time. The room was great.

Girls weekend

Loved the location right on beach. The pickles pub below was convenient and had great food and drinks. Could walk to local bar and not drive. Pool was nice and great parking
