Oceanfront 2 bedroom unit-Short Drive to Dining/shops SO 206

Enjoy a full beach experience from your balcony, or the comfort of your living room. Sea Oaks is a small complex that has the convenience of an elevator and community grills. When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the beach is right out from the parking lot, you can leave your beach gear in the car. Sea Oaks is on a wide part of the big Garden City beach, it won't be crowded. A great location, just about a half mile north of the Garden City pier, where there are restaurants and shops.



Relax after each vacation day on comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the flat screen TV, or relax with an unobstructed view of the beach from the screened balcony. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and TV, with full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, along with a second full bathroom. The living room couch is a queen size sofa sleeper. The sparkling kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots and pans. Dishes, glassware and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get bathroom tissue!



Garden City is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions, and over 100 golf courses. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Just south is the Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row" which boasts the best seafood in South Carolina. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.

Great Stay

My family had such a great time. I needed a place that was safe and easy access for my 2 year old and my mom who cannot walk very well. The screened in porch easy beach access were a great bonus!

Carolina Country Music Festival

We booked it for our trip to CCMF and loved every bit of it we were close enough to everything to have a blast but far enough away to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the beach. It was nice and relaxing.

Had a great time. Even though we got here only days after hurricane Ian, everything was in pretty good shape. Condo was as advertised except for getting hot water in showers , which was fine after we learned it was reversed .

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The unit was very clean when we entered and had everything we needed. Having a second car pass for parking was a bonus. The balcony overlooks the beach, which was especially nice since we had some rainy weather our fist day. We will return!

206 sea oaks garden city sc review

Condo was nice and clean. Location was wonderful. Parking was horrible. Many vehicles with no parking passes were taking up the spots reserved for two cars with just one vehicle and many times there was no spots available for our one car. Overall, very nice stay.

Enjoyed stay and property inside was excellent. Property could use some updating on the exterior. Too many beach rules we are going to return to Florida for our beach vacations - we must be allowed to use sunshades and those were not allowed on Garden City beach.

Beautiful location, comfortable, well decorated.

We had an issue with the water heater-it was just a flipped breaker-contacted the owner and the response was immediate. During our stay was a hurricane! Owner was in contact to make sure things were ok. Great communication, great place. Would recommend .

Was overall a great stay

The condo was dirty in respect to hair on the sofa and floor was sandy and bugs laying around in corner. Shampoo and soap was in main bathroom shower that was left behind. Other than that condo was great.

We had a good week. We often stay in Surfside or Garden City. For the first time, we got to see dolphins swim by. We were thrilled. I very much appreciated the elevator at this location (I have a bum knee) We were a bit freaked out when some bugs got into the condo - we thought they were huge roaches but was reassured by property management that they were palmetto bugs.

Hi Susan, We're thrilled that you all were able to see some dolphin and would love for you all to come back and see some more!! ;-) Apologies again re: the palmetto bugs, but after talking with our property manager, she stated she called Surfside and they had just done a routine spray, however she still had our maintenance gentleman go over and spray just to make sure you all were being taken care of! :-) Unfortunately, Palmetto bugs and SC go hand in hand, but fortunately they can be easily handled and are harmless... Overall wonderful experience

My only complaint is the parking! It was terrible. One morning someone even pulling in behind our car completely blocking us in. On the other hand. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. It was so nice being able to set on a balcony and watch the waves.

Bad day at the beach

The property was very rundown, dirty and had roaches crawling all over the place. We were in there about five minutes and exterminator came to spray I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely love this place

It’s so convenient to everything. I love that I don’t have to walk a long way to the beach. Just a few steps down from our deck, then level sand, no dunes, no sea oats just sand. Any little issue I had was solved almost immediately. The condo itself is great. Just a few things I would add. I think a better table with 4 chairs instead of two on the balcony. With three people, one had to sit on the little bean bag and the flatware needs to be updated. Not enough case knives, but overall it wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

The location and view was wonderful! The refrigerator had finger prints on it and the glass door going out to the balcony was not cleaned. Fingerprints and suntan lotion was still on it. Dish cloths, dish towels or hand soap was provided as stated. We were able to purchase these items after we checked in. The outside door was filthy - looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Dirt and cobwebs were on the door which made the condo not look very welcoming. Like I said, the view and location was amazing!
