The master bedroom contains a queen size bed. The guest bedroom contains two twin size beds. Upon your request, a port-a-crib will be set up and ready for your use. Please bring linen for the port-a-crib. There is also a queen sized sofa pullout bed which has a 7" mattress and sleeps two comfortably.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

About Mike Samra
I am originally from New Jersey. I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since 1987 and moved here in 2003. I live in Murrells Inlet. I have a wonderful wife, 2 grown, married children and 5 grandchildren. I am a retired Senior Systems IT Analyst from ITT Industries in Clifton, New Jersey where I worked for 20 years. I served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1966 aboard the USS Great Sitkin AE17 and the USS Laffey DD724 (Now at Patriot's Point, SC and the most decorated ship of WWII!)

It is a family oriented area and we cater only to family rentals. I chose this location because is centrally located near all major shopping areas and restaurants. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete and is meticulously kept as is the common grounds. The security guard on premises ensures the safety of all registered renters.

There is a great ocean view where you are able to see a spectacular sunrise most mornings, especially when you are eating breakfast out on the patio. Since you are on the first floor, you don't have to wait for an elevator. You can walk right to the unit if parked on the same level! Luggage carts available for renters use as well.
