Our Quiet Place is a peaceful and private getaway located less than 15 minutes from downtown Brevard and surrounded by Dupont State Forest and Pisgah Forest. With less than a 10 minute drive to hiking trails, biking trails, waterfalls, and fishing holes, this is the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those wanting to experience the Brevard life.

The entire house and 2.2 acre lot features beautiful and ever changing scenes throughout the whole year. The home has an open floor plan making it easy for groups to gather. The living room is open to the large dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The back porches are perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, and watching wildlife stroll through the property.

The king master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The bunk room is cozy and sleeps up to 4 on twin bunks and the queen guest bedroom shares a bathroom with bathtub with the other guests.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!

- Cell service: Connecting to the house wifi for calls will be necessary.

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as "Pet Friendly" will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.

Wonderful Brevard Retreat!

We have been coming to Brevard each year for over a decade. This was our first time staying at this property. The home was so inviting and cozy. There was ample room for our family of 4 and the beds were very comfortable. I loved getting to look out into the woods every morning. Such a great getaway! Highly recommend!

Our Quiet Place is fantastic

Wonderful property in a private neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. The home appears to be of recent construction and is very well maintained and stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful decor and plenty of linens were provided. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. We had terrific nights sleep during our stay. Beautiful property near Brevard so trips to Pisgah or DuPont Forest are easy and we did both during our trip for Fall Break. My parents and kids came with me on this trip and are already asking when we can go back. Thank you for sharing this home with us! The communication with the property manager was thorough, timely and all the information we needed to have a terrific stay.

Great place to stay.

My husband and I booked the house to stay at with our grown sons and their families while we went tubing at Rosman. Everyone was very impressed with the property and the cleanliness of it. Would definitely stay there again.

The perfect stay!

My group had such an amazing time at The Quiet Place! Not only was the house amazing but the area around the house was perfect. Every hike we went on was in driving distance and there were lots of beautifully scenic places around the house. All of us were only 20 years old so it was amazing to be able to book a house that allowed us to stay there. The host even reached out to me when I left something there and offered to ship it back to me! 10/10 recommend!
