Recently updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath in Atlantic Beach....just steps from the beach, Island Grille and close to the pier, Amos Mosquitos, shopping and the Causeway...perfect location! This house is great for families or two groups traveling together. Two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchenette and large den with TV are downstairs. Doors open to a porch and outdoor shower and the ocean view awaits you. Upstairs you'll find another two bedrooms and bath, den and full kitchen. Large porches on either side of the home invite you to relax and take in the salt air. One porch boasts a dining table and 8 chairs, and an outdoor grill, sink, and prep counter, and lounge area complete with a couch, umbrella and two cushioned chairs. The ocean side porch is where you can relax, swing on the couch swing or enjoy a meal or cocktail at the table while watching the waves.

Beach access is diagonally across the street in both directions from the home...about 40 feet.

Board games and some ocean toys, umbrellas and chairs are available to use.

Perfect for 2 families

The 2 bathrooms, one on each floor was perfect for each family. The kitchen was decently equipped. And the furniture and decorations were very comfortable
