This San Gabriel house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, with 3 queen beds and 2 king beds. The lovely property features heating, WiFi, a washing machine, and more. Upon entry, make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom at the front portion of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and serving supplies, and modern appliances. Off the kitchen is the bonus room where you'll find a pool table and TV. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and has additional board games for the family to enjoy. The final bedroom is next to the dining room and has an en-suite bathroom. The spacious backyard has a conversation set, dining table, putting green, and cornhole. Long Term Available.
