Welcome to Plounévez-Lochrist, in the heart of North Finistère, between the famous Côte des Sables and the Côte des Légendes.

Completely renovated in 2024, our house welcomes you for its first rental season. Located in a quiet environment, in a cul-de-sac, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends, up to 4 people.

A few minutes from the magnificent Grande Plage de Keremma, you will enjoy a privileged setting between walks on the GR34, swimming, water activities and discoveries of the Breton landscapes.

After a day at the beach or hiking, find the comfort of a warm home with:

- Enclosed garden of 200 m² to take full advantage of the outdoors.
- Two terraces to follow the sun throughout the day:
- South-east terrace with dining table and gas barbecue.
- South-west terrace with garden furniture for your end of the day.
- Closed room to store bicycles, paddle boards and beach equipment.

The bright and cosy living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, plus a convivial dining area, perfect for sharing good times with family or friends.

The house has two bedrooms:

- A bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed.
- A bedroom with two 90 beds × 190.

Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.

For families with young children, a cot and a high chair can be made available on request.

A bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine complete the accommodation.
