Kerfissien cove, where the villa Ti Ann is located, will shelter your moments of relaxation and invite you to rest all year round. In this living space for 4 people, you will find 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a sea view . A bathroom and shower, a kitchen open to the living room , a lounge with a view of the harbour equiped with a wood stove. Direct access to the terrasse. Our small beach is characterized by the imminence of the waves, by long laminaria which unfold like ancients rolls of silk. A story that has lasted forever, a childstory with the ear. Sometimes the light undertow, sometimes the roar of the waters. Here we cross a line out of time to climb to the top of the piles of rocks, of the guard house wich once served the customs officers, a tiny dwelling nestled in the granite, like a mirage of stone.... you are welcome...

Gorgeous location, excellent villa and amazing views

Beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, all just a few strides away. The Villa was very clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The views from the property are outstanding, whether the sea is calm or rough there is always something to watch, and the sunsets are beautiful. The area is very quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of the waves breaking to be heard. An ideal place to stay if you want to get away from it all, yet still close enough to towns and their shops.Louis was an excellent host, very friendly and quick to reply to any messages. (And, importantly to us, spoke good English so communication was easy)We had a very restful and enjoyable stay and are already planning to return.

Wir hatten fantastische 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Louis ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Check-in lief alles völlig unproblematisch, obwohl wir uns wegen eines Staus fast 2 Stunden verspätet hatten. Zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Cidre und bretonische Kekse in der Küche. An einem Tag haben wir uns gefragt, ob die Kajaks am Haus auch von uns benutzt werden können und ich fragte Louis per WhatsApp - innerhalb von 5 Minuten stand er mit Schwimmwesten und Paddeln vor der Tür. Großartig! Er spricht übrigens sehr gut deutsch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat diesen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Bei offenem Fenster hört man nachts das Meerrauschen. Direkt vor dem Haus geht man entweder in eine kleine schöne Bucht hinunter oder unmittelbar daneben an den kilometerlangen "Plage des Amiets". Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, direkt am Strand.Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, inkl. einer guten Küche, wenn man gerne kocht.Draußen sind schöne Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, Liegen, Essen.Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, das einchecken perfekt gelöst.Zu Fuß sind die üblichen morgendlichen Backwaren innerhalb 5 Minuten zu kaufen, Supermärkte sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Wer das Meer liebt-Leben mit den Gezeiten

Die Tage in der Villa Ti Ann gehören zu unseren schönsten Urlaubstagen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber Louis, war sehr nett, einladend und unkompliziert, da er multilingual ist und uns mit viel Offenheit und Freundlichkeit empfangen hat. Einen wunderschönen Blumenstrauß weißer Calla hat er extra vorbeigebracht. Beim Ankommen an diesem kleinen ruhigen Ort und im Haus hat sofort der Urlaub begonnen. Der Blick auf die Boote im kleinen Hafen Kerfissien und über die Bucht hinweg ist wunderbar. Durch den Vorbau des zweiten Hauses ist die Terrasse etwas windgeschützt und den unglaublichen Blick auf den fast weißen Strand mit in herrlichen Türkistönen leuchtenden Farben hatte man von einem Schlafzimmer aus oder eben wenn man ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt war. Im Haus haben uns der große Tisch vor der Terrassentür, der gut funktionierende Kaminofen und zwei gute Betten besonders gefallen. Wenn wir von Ausflügen zurückkamen, haben wir uns immer gefreut, wie wunderbar wir hier wohnen und uns daran gefreut, was die Gezeiten mit den Booten machen. Zur Krönung des Tages gab es jeden Abend einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang vom Essplatz oder der Terrasse aus. Das individuell, hübsch eingerichtete Haus haben wir nur schwer wieder verlassen.

J’ai passé une semaine merveilleuse ! La maison est lumineuse, joliment décorée et très confortable.La baie vitrée offre un très belle vue sur la mer, et les couchers de soleil sont somptueux. Magnifique endroit

Excellent séjour d'hiver. D'un coté à 2mn à pied d'une des plus belles plage de la région et de l'autre coté moins de 10mn , toujours à pieds, d'une zone de rochers avec les vagues. Lieu à l'écart (moins de 10 maisons dans les 100 m autour) idéal pour les amateurs de nature et de calme. La maison par elle-même est très plaisante, bien équipée, calme même en période de tempête (nous avons testé) avec une très jolie vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Salons / salle à manger parfaits pour 4 personnes, la maison pouvant en accueillir 6 (3 chambres distinctes). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très belle vue sur la mer du salon. Petits ajustements à prévoir au niveau du mobilier des chambres (tiroirs de la commode fermant très mal). Quelques équipements supplémentaires pour la cuisine seraient les bienvenus ( grand couteau en état, grande planche à découper)

Agréable séjour en bord de mer

Nous avons passé une semaine au printemps avec les enfants. Météo mitigée mais avec de belles journées ensoleillées. Les environs sont de beaux endroits à visiter. Ne pas hésiter à y aller poue ceux qui aiment la nature et le calme de la Bretagne.
