Markdorf-OT holiday apartment
The granny flat with 30 sqm is newly furnished on the ground floor, modern and well equipped. There is a separate entrance area. It is also rented on a weekly or monthly basis.
It is 9 km to Lake Constance. The Friedrichshafen exhibition center is 12 km away and Ravensburg is 17 km away. There is a bus stop directly in the village (500 m). Bregenz / Austria (48 km)
We have thermal baths in Meersburg (11 km) and Überlingen.
The apartment is located in a district of Markdorf.
There are beautiful hiking trails / bike paths (e.g. B .: Bodensee shore leave: "Look into the country") around and on the Gehrenberg and also to Lake Constance.
The living room:
The apartment has 1.5 rooms with 30sqm, a cloakroom in the entrance area and a parking space directly at the house.
The apartment consists of a sleeping area for one person. An additional guest bed (folding bed) can be provided.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette, with coffee machine, microwave with oven function, 2 plate ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle.
A TV, DVD and WiFi are also provided.
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in the residential building. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Bed linen is provided.
We kindly ask you to bring your own towels.
