The Space:

Avens Haven is a beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that comfortably sleeps 12. This house is in the quiet Holiday Beach subdivision, in the heart of Crystal Beach. You are moments away from all of the restaurants and shopping of the area. The deck has plenty of seating for lounging, dining, or just visiting with friends and family - you can soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. There are views of the Gulf of Mexico just down the convenient beach access road. The beach is just a short walk using the subdivision walkover.



The living area is beautifully furnished and a great place to relax, and it's open to the fully stocked kitchen. You will find all you need to prepare and serve glorious meals, with ample cookware and modern appliances including a wine fridge and Keurig coffee maker. You will have the comforts of home with DirecTV for your viewing, high speed internet, and an on-site washer and dryer.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and a modern ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two offers one queen bed, while bedroom three has 2 full over queen bunk beds.



The large downstairs area has room for parking and entertaining! You'll find a small bar with 6 barstools, and a charcoal grill. The outdoor sand shower is a great bonus after a day with your toes in the sand. Avens Haven is truly a haven for your family vacation!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Great Father's Day Weekend

Dano's & Chupacabra Seasoning on the inside, Ole Smokey Charcoal Grill, Shower on the Outside. Not much more you can ask for. Both Wife's and kiddos commented they would definitely stay at Avens Haven again. Very thankful for the opportunity to enjoy this property. Well done Swede's

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental for the most part was great. Floors were clean, kitchen and fridge were clean. Only thing that was not clean were the beds, some bed covers had stains and copious amounts of sand. Regardless we did not purchase the linen package for $125 so we brought our own so that didn't pose a problem as much. But again the house was overall I'd say 4/5. Would definitely rent again.

Beach house was beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Master bed and bath were amazing. Only thought since we’ve been staying in beach houses over 12 years now is there were no bath towels to use. Every other house we’ve rented had at least a few to use. We made due but just a thought. A few more pots and pan would also be helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay otherwise!
