Elegant modernized 2 1/2 room apartment "Sundowner" in the house Atlantic with about 47 square meters on 1 level (12. OG, with elevator) for up to 3 persons. In a beach near location in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. Enjoy perhaps the most beautiful view in St. Peter-Ording - far beyond the North Sea.

Living room with sofa for 3 people, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD player, stereo compact system and dining table with 3 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west with beautiful, wide sea view. Open kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and small counter with 2 chairs. No microwave.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm).
Second Bedroom with single bed (90x190cm), armchair, table, small wardrobe and sea view.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer and hair dryer.

Hall with cloakroom in the entrance area.

Parking space at the house. Bicycle storage facilities at the house (subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi. Shared washing machines and dryers for a fee in the 4. OG, 8. OG and 12. OG of the house.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

schönes Appartment

Atlantic ist kein schöner Bau jedoch die Aussicht aus dem 13.Stock mit vollem Seeblick fantastisch . Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und auf den neusten Stand . Wenn wir wieder nach SPO kommen würden wir wieder mieten. Allerdings beim eigentlichem Vermieter Eiderstedler denn da war das App. für 13 Tg ca 280 E. billiger !!
