Our apartment is about 48 square meters and is located upstairs. From the living room you can look over the Strelasund to the island of Rügen. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed + 1 bed for a child (up to 7 years), for the fourth and fifth person is bedded on the couch in the living room. The private bathroom has a bath.
Located in the middle of the island paradises of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Western Pomeranian Bodden coast lies the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Our holiday rooms and the apartment are located in the Franks settlement, about 2.5 km from the old town of Stralsund. In the immediate vicinity is a public transport stop.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es hätte alles nen wenig sauberer sein können. Die Wohnung wird halt auch an Handwerker und so vermietet und ich finde das merkt man leider auch. Es waren alle sehr nett und es wurde einem auch immer geholfen bei Fragen. Sehr nette Familie. Wir würden auch immer wieder kommen.

Klein, aber fein
Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet, auch eine Waschmaschine gab es dort, was mit zwei Kindern einfach wichtig ist.
Leider war die Wohnung fuer uns etwas zu klein. Mit nur einem Kind oder ganz ohne waere es optimal.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei.
Wir haben unsere Ferien in dem Objekt verbracht. Die Lage in Stralsund ist sehr gut, in der Innenstadt waren wir innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Bis nach Rügen sind es 15 Minuten. Dort gibt es die schönsten Strände!

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Gute Ausstattung, gepflegt, sauber und recht ruhig gelegen. Für einen Ausflug in das Zentrum ist die Bushaltestelle sehr gut fußläufig zuerreichen. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung mit ruhigem Gewissen gerne weiter.
