7th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo at Beach Colony West.

2 bedroom / 2 Bath beautifully decorated 7th floor condo overlooking the Gulf Coast. Both bedrooms have King beds while the 2nd bedroom also has a couple small single trundle beds for kids.

Well stocked kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker. Extra comfortable couches/loungers with big screen smart TV in the living room. TVs in both bedrooms and free wifi throughout. Community room with fitness area. Storage area for day-to-day items. Available grills by the pool. Tennis/Pickleball Courts. Plenty of parking- including one dedicated parking spot.

We include one set of two-chairs-and-an-umbrella from the LaDolce Vita beach service from March 1st through October 31st.

Little slice of paradise

The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the walk-in closet, large bath and access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Although we had stormy and/or very windy weather for most of our stay, we were able to enjoy some time on the balcony taking in the beautiful Gulf and sound views. Beach Colony is a great resort! We especially loved the covered parking garage (came in handy with the rain), quiet pool area, and easy access to the beach. Rob is a great host and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. We hope to visit again soon!

First stay in Navarre

Very nice condo. We got good directions for check in, but no instructions regarding checkout, such as what to do with sheets and towels, dishes in dishwasher, etc. Unit had part of a curtain frame sitting beside the window, light bulbs missing from lamps, etc. We have stayed at many condos in Florida, and most had an extra roll of toilet tissue and paper towels. This one did not. But of course, a small issue. Overall, a good stay! It was our first in Navarre, we normally stay in Ft. Walton.

Absolutely wonderful

I stayed a long weekend with my husband, 12 year old, 2 1/2 year old and 3 month old as an early birthday trip for my oldest and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo has everything you could possibly need for vacation. The view is stunning and the condo it's self was spotless. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the near future.

Very clean, kitchen was great...view and patio was great...need better instructions for how to use the many remotes for tvs...maybe replace tennis courts with pickleball courts...all was good...would stay here again!

Our stay was WONDERFUL. Everything was clean, fully stocked, and accommodating. We will certainly be staying again and recommending this beautiful condo. * Only complaint was the Master bed was way to firm for me. BUT I put the foam pad that was in the closet on the bed. And it helped ALOT!!

Little piece of heaven

This condo was absolutely the BEST! Very comfortable and the decor and furnishings were lovely! Plenty of room for our small group of two couples. The owner, Rob was very responsive and thorough in his information. Little tip: there are black carts in the first floor breezeway that you can use to load your luggage/groceries. Wish we would have known that upon our arrival, lol! The view from the balcony is amazing, a couple of mornings we saw dolphins pass by. Beautiful sunrises too! The pool is splendid and the beach was perfect! Overall, this was a wonderful location and had everything we needed/wanted.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures absolutely gorgeous! The owner was always able to reach and assist with anything necessary! We go to the beach every year but this by far was our best experience!! We would def love to use this condo owner again!! 10 out of 10!!!

Quick Beach Getaway on our way home

We really enjoyed the Condo. The balcony is the best part about it. We plan to book again next summer but maybe for one more day. Checking in at 4 and out by 10 is hard and seems so short. Thank you for answering my call and helping get set up! Great Choice for a stop. ❤️

Perfect Family Vacation on the Beach

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. The cleaning crew is to be commended because upon arrival everything was spotless. It felt like home away from home but decorated with an awesome beach theme. Furnishings appeared to be less than one year old (new). The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrella were allocated on the beach for us and there were two extra chairs in the laundry room. The resort had complimentary beach toys and wave boards on a first come basis. This was easily the nicest place we have ever stayed. We will return next year!

High School Reunion - Excellent Accommodations

Condo was clean and well maintained. Visited for a quick reunion and was upper convenient to events. Parking, access and beach accommodations were very nice. Will stay again when visiting Navarre.

A time to remember

After a long weekend of working just waiting for vacation to start, this property was absolutely amazing! We walked in and right away we could see the beautiful view of the beach! Everything about this place is clean and bright, and being on the balcony is the ultimate relaxation place. I hope to be back to this place, I’ll not forget our trip here!

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful place for a family with teens. Right on the beach, pool, gym. I can’t complain about anything. Ps when you see the code to get in the condo keep going until you find the code to get in the gate! I don’t go far enough and had to call; immediate response and was able to get right in. Traffic on and off the beach can be a bit much, but there’s great food within walking distance!
