This 2 BR/2 BA condo at The Pearl of Navarre sits right along the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with magnificent views in all directions! Enjoy mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets while watching dolphins play from your private 14th floor balcony or while strolling the white sand, just steps away. Featuring two pools (one heated), a spa, private beach access with in-season beach service, and a fully-equipped gym, you will treasure your time at this gated, pristine community.

While peace and relaxation will be the focal point of your stay, recreational activities, including fishing along the Navarre Pier, excellent dining, and several grocery options are just minutes away.

Complimentary beach chairs with foot rest (2) and an umbrella are provided in-season, from March through the end of October.

A 6-night minimum stay required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A 4-night minimum stay is required during all other times.

Sunset Cove at The Pearl is on the 14th floor. The Pearl at Navarre sits on a quiet and peaceful barrier island and offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Directly east of The Pearl is the Navarre Pier, the longest in all of Florida, at 1,545 feet. The height of this unit not only offers preferred views, but also renders any activity at the pools below almost non-existent. Aside from surreal sunrises and sunsets, you are also likely to spot beautiful marine life, including dolphins and sea turtles.

From the pool, you can access the beach walkover through a coded gate. The walkover has a ramp to make use of wheelchairs, strollers, or wagons easily accessible.

This condominium unit provides a private balcony and has just under 1400 square foot of living space, with 9 foot ceilings. The master bedroom boasts gulf views, a separate dressing area, a large walk-in closet, a whirlpool tub for 2 and a separate, spacious shower. The guest room, with views of the Santa Rosa Sound, has two full beds and a hallway bath adjacent. A full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit. The kitchen features all new appliances and looks out to the spacious living area and the Gulf of Mexico beyond.

There are 4 restaurants within walking distance of The Pearl and many, many more across the causeway or to the west via the majestic Gulf Islands National Seashore. Stocking your kitchen is also simple, with 4+ grocery store options just minutes away.

Navarre is a relaxed, family-friendly beach town. If you’re looking for a little recreation during your stay, you can take a stroll or fish along the Navarre Pier, visit the nearby Turtle Conservatory, rent jet skis or some touring bikes, take a fishing charter, or visit Navarre Park, featuring brand new play equipment for the kid in all of us!

For your safety and protection, the building is equipped with fire alarms and automatic sprinklers in every condominium unit. The unit is also protected with a ring doorbell and a deadbolt lock.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

** Please note that between early November 2025 and early January 2026, The Pearl is undergoing an improvement project to replace the flooring on all balconies. The balcony for this unit will be complete by mid-November, but pool use may be affected during the daytime hours during the course of this project. This is an added safety precaution. **

Condo is supported by a Blink Camera System, located outside the main entry door.

Smoke-Free Unit. Per the HOA Guidelines, Smoking is NOT permitted either on the balcony OR within the unit itself, ONLY in a designated area on the ground level of the complex. Violating this policy will result in a fine to the renter.

Pet-Free Unit. Per the HOA Guidelines, Pets are not permitted on-site to anyone other than those who own a condo unit at The Pearl of Navarre. Violating this policy will result in a fine to the renter.

Check-in is 4 PM CT and check out is 10 AM CT.

The condominium unit is supplied with paper towels, soap and toilet paper to get you started. Feel free to bring extra, if driving, or you can take advantage of shopping, just minutes away.

Please note that individual beach towels are not provided.
