From this Smyrna townhome, Fox Creek Golf Course is a 6-minute walk and Legacy Golf Links a 20-minute walk. Truist Park is an 11-minute drive for a Braves game, Smyrna Coffee is 2 minutes by car, and the Georgia Aquarium and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are both under 30 minutes away. The airport is a 41-minute drive.

Back home, the kitchen has a stove with a large oven, a dishwasher and a coffee corner for a real dinner in. The living room has an L-shaped couch, a fireplace and a TV with a Roku for your own streaming apps. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a king bed, a TV, a ceiling fan and their own en-suite bathroom, so nobody shares a shower. The second bedroom adds a desk for a few hours of work.

The practical side is easy: free parking, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an ironing room and the whole townhome to yourself. One dog under 40 lb is welcome.

We use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out and abide by the enhanced cleaning protocol.

TVs: Please bear in mind that we do not offer cable. Guests will be able to hook up their own streaming service on our Roku device.

Damage protection: The $39 charge listed as ''Administrative fee'' on your quote covers you for accidental damages. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For smoking odor removal, we will still charge the deposit

Please note that if you are using Expedia, and are bringing pets, we will need to collect $150 for pet fee after the reservation is confirmed. We only allow 1 dog under 40lb.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
