This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with queen bed in primary, another queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. It is located on the top floor featuring vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen and village views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful views of River Run Village.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and its own entrance to the private balcony.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Great location in Keystone. Space needs a few repairs like the bathroom door needs oiled and the woodwork is pretty scratched and weathered. The windows were difficult to open and shut without going outside on the balcony. We needed them open at night since the thermostat did nothing to control the air conditioner, which would be fine during a winter stay, but we were there during the summer and it was very hot at night. There were also lots of weird smells in the stairwell, bedroom, and bathroom. Our room had a very strong fabric softener smell, and I am normally not sensitive to scents.Lastly, it would have been helpful to have information about parking for a secondary vehicle. Overall, we didn’t stay in the lodge very much and enjoyed spending the majority of our time wandering around Keystone, which was nice to be so far.

Information about parking for an additional vehicle was included in the mobile guidebook sent with your check-in information. The property does not have air conditioning, and A/C is not advertised as an amenity in the listing. This is also clearly disclosed in the rental agreement, and the guidebook provides tips for keeping the property comfortable without A/C, including fans located in each bedroom closet. We also did not receive any reports from you during your stay regarding the difficult windows, bathroom door, odors, or other maintenance concerns. Had you contacted us, we would have been happy to send our maintenance team to inspect and address anything we could. We encourage guests to reach out while they're staying with us so we have an opportunity to resolve concerns rather than learning about them after departure. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback.

Great location. Has everything we needed. The resolution on the LR TV is almost unwatchable. The other TVs were great. A 200 ROKU TV shouldn't be too much to ask for the owner to upgrade. Related to the ski trip...great location, very clean. Would have been a 5 if it weren't for the TV that should have been upgraded 10 years ago.

The condo was great. Great location, very comfortable beds, nicely appointed. Only one drawback, which we found significant. The elevator does not work. From other reviews, it seems that it hasn’t worked in months. The unit is on the 3rd floor. Keystone is at an elevation of 9000 feet.

Great Stay for Conference

Perfect location with an excellent floor plan. Didn’t worry about disturbing my friend’s sleep, plus everyone had their own bathroom. Quick drive to conference center. Would definitely stay here again.
