In a private residence with direct access to the beach (2min walk), a swimming pool and children's pool, a playground, a petanque court and a restaurant "Le Podgio", this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
1st and last floor F2 accommodation of 32m², air-conditioned with terrace of 13m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and toilet.
Reserved parking space. Beach shower in the residence.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 2 bedside tables with their lamps, a large storage cupboard and a TV.
