When thinking of a perfect VRBO this one hits every mark! Close to all the things including the river and all the best restaurants. Incredibly clean. Has everything for waffles (hints the name) and the owners had incredibly great communication. Book it. You won’t regret it.

Was very suprised with all the amenities that was provided, pots, pans, ice trays, dishes. Place was super clean when we got there. The kiddos loved the waffle bar and made waffles every morning we were there! Loved the hot tub, fire pit and swings in the back of the property. Was a very peaceful getaway with family and friends to disconnect from the busy lives and just unwind and spend quality time together! We definitely will be booking again!

Perfect Family Reset and Retreat

Our family of four which included my 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter, had the best time at Waffle Ridge. The property was just as it was listed and had something for all family members to enjoy.My kids loved the playground and swings. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed visiting by the outdoor fire pit ant night and reading boos on the covered porch in the mornings. My kids loved the upstairs loft with the games. A unexpected but nice feature was that all lights and switches were labeled which helps us greatly! We enjoyed our first meal at a local pizza restaurant not even 4 minutes away but were able to cook all other meals in the cabin. It was stocked with all we needed!We look forward to our next visit.

Family vacation in a wrap at Waffle Ridge!

The family wanted to visit Beavers Bend State Park to do our annual boating. We chose to stay at this cabin purely for the location but got more than we asked for. Oh my the communication with Kenny was spectacular. From the days leading up to the stay to the day we checked out, we were in constant communication and he checked up on us to make sure all is well. The digital welcome book that Kenny shares is so so helpful as well. The kids were craving for some pizza and we found a great spot called Grateful Head. Must have! Salivating as I'm talking right now. We are simple, all we want is a cabin for the whole family that gives us enough room to breathe, is clean and well maintained and decorated, and is not owned by the local property management companies so we can have a better experience. This cabin is it!

Wow! What a fun stay for families

Let me start off by saying that this property knocked it out of the park. This is our family's 4th time in Broken Bow and we wanted to stay at a cabin that is at the heart of Hochatown and also close to Beavers Bend State Park. Kenny's cabin did not disappoint! My family is an active one and this cabin provided everything that was needed to entertain them! From the foosball table, to board games, to corn hole, to horse shoe, to the child play set, to staying under the stars and just chit chatting in the cozy fire pit area... dreamy!! This cabin was super clean and updated with modern touches. I appreciated all the amenities as well. No complaints whatsoever. My family and I have already started discussing when the next time we plan to be back to Waffle Ridge!

Waffle Ridge Created an Experience!

We were communicated with leading up to, during, and after our stay. Any need was seen to promptly. Attention to Detail was AMAZING and created an EXPERIENCE for our family. The kids were NEVER bored or left without something to do. The fire pit, swings and evening atmosphere was nice & quiet. The waffle recipe was a nice treat & gave everyone something nice to look forward to. Will definitely keep this on my list of places to go back too. Cozy. Wish we could have had some alone time to enjoy the wine we were greeted to when we got there! For this to be a new place, you are on point!

What a beautiful cabin! There were so many little details that made the cabin and experience so delightful! It's beautifully decorated, conveniently located to state parks and shopping/dining, and in a quiet neighborhood. The waffle recipe was so yummy! Kenny was so quick to reply to any question, and he constantly checked in to see if there was anything we needed. We will for sure be back!
