With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa on the 12th floor of the Ocean Tower offers sweeping ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with:
- King bed in the primary bedroom with private bath and golf course view
- King bed in the second bedroom
- Two twin beds in the third bedroom (convertible to a king upon request)
- Queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room

Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of ocean, pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Spacious dining table for 6
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect for families. You will need a car. But lots for kids to do, view was amazing and I loved being to sit on the balcony and watch the whales.

Perfect Beach Vacay

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and was perfectly situated with stunning views and easy access to shopping and nearby (walkable) resorts for restaurants. Mornings on the lanai were easily our favorite thing - but we loved the easy lagoon access with reasonable prices on umbrellas and lounges as well as our evening sunset swims. The staff were helpful, responsive, and attentive - we didn’t want to leave and we will for sure be back!

Good stay!

Recently took our 3 month old on our first vacation and shared the condo with my brother in law and his family for one week. Plenty of space and privacy with 3 bedrooms. There was a lanai in the master room which faces mountain side/sunrises. We were able to cook breakfast each morning in the spacious kitchen which provides enough dish ware, cutlery, pots & pans, as well as a rice cooker. Great top floor views of the pool areas, the ocean and sunsets. The property has its own lagoon, which was perfect for the little kids without worries of waves or crowds, and it sits between the Marriott and Disney Aulani (we watched their fireworks on Saturday) Although, the bed in the master room is lopsided, somewhat dented in. I wouldn’t suggest to WFH here as the WiFi is literally non-existent, but there is a Starbucks a few blocks down. The check-in clerk couldn’t grant the 2nd parking spot that was included. I guess it’s assumed that our party of 8 could fit in one car with luggages and car seats. However, we did speak with a different clerk on a new day and she was able to provide the pass for the 2nd vehicle. I read the reviews about the laundry but we found the user manual and were able to get it to work more efficient. Overall, it was a good stay! It was my first time staying this far west of Oahu, yet very glad we did. The pace is much much different than that of Honolulu or the North Shore, etc. which wasn’t far to get to, you would just plan your days accordingly.

We had a amazing time staying at the 1205 villa. The views are spectacular from the 12th floor and the condo did not disappoint either. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed with appliances and cookware. We saw tons of whales every morning on the lanai while drinking coffee! We will be back!

No Murphy bed or pull out in living room otherwise FANTASTIC

Overall, this unit was beyond perfect for our stay. Beautiful, relaxing and fun. Just wonderful. Or biggest issue was that we were counting on a pull out sofa / Murphy bed in the living room, but there wasn't one. There was a dual reclining sofa and two arm chairs. So our youngest, 6 foot tall teenager had to make do with the sofa. I also hope the dryer gets fixed as the vent seemed to be blocked. The dryer would run. Get hot, but not dry. However, the unit and location were so stunning that we still absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again!

Amazing 12th floor three bedroom suite.

Loved this property, suite and view. Loved the three different areas to sunbathe. The quiet lap pool was non chlorinated so getting a swim workout in was great. Gym could use an updated spin cycle like a Nordic Trac or Peleton. Beaches were amazing and wander pools for sunbathing and the BBQ areas were a great touch!

Better than expected!

The photos of the property and unit do not do it justice! View is amazing, we watched sunsets every night! It is on the leeward side of the island, so while not as tropical and green as the east side, also not as cloudy, windy and rainy! My only complaints: the property does not have a restaurant or even a beach cafe. the a/c is not very powerful and we slept fitfully every night. The washer and dryer are small and the drier struggles to dry even the smallest loads. One unexpected surprise that was wonderful: two elevators dedicated to the wing of the building the unit is in - we never waited for an elevator or stopped on a floor to pick anyone up!

Wonderful beach getaway

We had a great trip - we loved this place with the beach view from the lanai. We enjoyed grilling multiple times by the pool and playing in the pool and in the beach. It was a short enough walk that the kids loved going to the beach along with the grandparents in our party. The lagoon was perfect for our 5 and 8 year old to snorkel in, and we even were lucky enough to have them snorkel with the sea turtle. Our host Michael was very helpful and the place was amazing. We all wished we could stay longer...

The location was outstanding. Access to Lagoon & pool were lovely. We loved our view & the fully furnished kitchen. The Manager was accommodating. The condo was fine, but furniture, beds and walls were a little worse for wear and tired. It could use a major refresh (new coat of paint, replace slip covers & cushions for couches, get rid of dusty silk plants etc.). We were grateful to be there - and can't say enough about the beauty & warmth of Hawaii. :)

Covid-19 Vacation

Our place was excellent, but with Covid-19 lockdown made our stay very uneventful. We couldn't do anything not even the beach. No hot tub, no beach, no workout center, no restaurants open. Basically no activities what so ever. Feel like we were robbed from having a vacation we had planned for many years.

Great suite in a great building - beautiful grounds and access to ocean

The suite we stayed in was suite 1205 - it was a very nice suite and was well equipped and spacious. The view from this suite was amazing. The grounds at this property were immaculate and the pools were great. Access to the lagoon was very easy as well. The only thing I think this property is missing is some sort of restaurant - there is a snack-bar type place that sells drinks and limited food items, but it would be nice to have a full restaurant. The resorts on either side (Aulani and Mariott) have choices and there are others that aren't far away, but after a day by the pool it would be nice to have a place right at the property. We would definitely return to this property again!

Family Reunion Dream Vacation

We had a spectacular week on Oahu celebrating our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. This unit is exactly as it is represented and then some! There was plenty of comfortable space for my family of 5, everything we needed was in the kitchen, beach items were plentiful and the view from this vantage point is breathtaking! Michael and his staff were easy to communicate with and quite gracious. Michelle was abundantly helpful and friendly upon check in and made our arrival that much easier. Michael owns a number of other units here at the Beach Villas, and he helped my family with 2 other rentals. All units were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Beautiful view but a building in front blocks the sunset. The beds could use an upgrade as they seem a little worn out. The pools are lovely. 2hot tubs were way too hot. The area is beautiful with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Appliances are high end. You have everything you need. Even a dvr. A quiet place. Staff was helpful and welcoming.
