We stayed for a week for our anniversary. The home is small but roomy. 3 bedrooms and two baths. Comfortable beds and full kitchen with everything you need. Full laundry. Very secure home. A fenced yard which gives many options of relaxing. Across the street from the bay which allowed for beautiful sunrise every morning. Convenient to St George Island (5-10 min) and Apalachicola for dinner and shopping.

This was a WOW for so many reasons! You can sit on the front and look directly across 98 and see a beautiful view of the bay. Sunrise & sunsets were amazing! You can tuck yourself away on a bench under & old tree and read. Evenings were nice sitting on the extended patio around the fire pit. If you have a dog it’s perfect. There are two separate yards so you can sit front or back & watch your dog play. St George Island is dog friendly but there is a leash law. The house was clean & well stocked! I’ve never stayed in a house so well stocked on everything you could need. You need to visit Lynn’s for some crane stuffed shrimp. The Station in Apalachicola is a must! Our host Robin, did so great keeping in touch with us. Isaias decided to move through the day before our arrival and Robin was on it for us! She checked on our needs while there as well. We had a great time & I would definitely recommend a getaway to Baywatch.

Loved everything about this location. The hosts attention to details was very much appreciated. They thought of things we didn't even know we needed. And the view of the sunrise over the Gulf each morning was amazing. Couldn't have asked for more.

Just heaven

Absolutely loved this house, the garden is peaceful- wonderful secure fencing for piece of mind when traveling with pups. The owner was very nice to work with, we can’t wait to come back

Everything was as advertised in the listing, the house was clean and well equipped. The host sent excellent directions and ground rules, and was very responsive. The only slight issue is that the house is right on the busy coastside highway so road noise was noticeable but definitely not intrusive. All in all a 10/10 experience, would stay again with no qualms.

Awesome views. Watching the sun rise in the morning was perfect. We loved that the yard was fenced. Only wish the outdoor shower pressure was stronger.

Robin is a great host and this is a really good location to drive to Saint George Island, Mexico Beach, Apalachicola, and other great small towns. The house is cozy and quaint. Thanks again Robin for our second Christmas at you lovely home away from home.

Fun, cute house in Eastpoint with lovely yard

We enjoyed our time at Baywatch. The house is great. My husband had never tried an outdoor shower & loved it! The yard is so large & beautiful. Our dogs had fun running around. Robin was a very helpful host.

Little yellow house

Enjoyed staying there very much. Owner and manager were most helpful. Couldn’t control the heat/air. Very inconvenient. Other than that….so much more offered in the way of kitchen needs and extra towels. 5 stars to Brenda and Robin.

Great Christmas

My family stayed for five days at Christmas. We had two adults, two girls ages 7 and 8, two labs and a chihuahua. The girls loved the bunk beds, the fire pit (s’mores), and the yard. They were also excited to have a tv in their room. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen fully stocked, and the yard amazing. One shower was super small and the walls a little thin, but those are my only kind of complaints. The dogs had the best time. They slept for a day when we got home because they had played so much. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for someone looking for something not right on a sandy beach and not crowded or touristy. There are great local restaurants everywhere, sandy beaches are close, and so is a grocery store. And the host and property manager were both amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
