Great stay!

House was amazing and clean. Beds were comfortable. Weather was nice to enjoy the clean hot tub and fire table. Plenty of towels provided for hot tub and showering. Sauna was a good added touch. No complaints! As a group of moms we have a couple of suggestions to add: nightstands in downstairs bedroom, mixing bowls in kitchen and towel hooks outside. :-)

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and modern, with plenty of shared space, plus a garage. The hot tub was an awesome bonus! Check in and out was really easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Galentines weekend

Beautiful dream home!!! Perfect place to spend the weekend with the girls! Fun hot tub, cute sauna, fun games, & everything was very clean! (there’s an amazing winery 5 min away, huge bonus!!) We’ll be coming back for sure in the summer!! :)

One of the best!

Our second visit to this property and for sure will not be our last. The layout, décor and quality of this property fit our needs. The owners are always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Great place to spend your days away from home.

Don't pass this one up!

We stay at a lot of VRBOs. This property was superior to most! The house is modern and aesthetically beautiful with a very well thought out design. There are many little additions, like houseplants that really made it feel homey, extra bedding, plush towels, etc. Our favorite features were the spacious kitchen (well stocked with gadgets and cookware), hot tub, outdoor patio, indoor sauna, large table for meals and games. The property is close to restaurants, casinos and shopping, which we visited many.The property hosts were very responsive and kind.

Relaxing Weekend

Great stay with my brother and sister. House was great , and a great patio to relax and talk. Great pizza restaurant around the corner (Stop 50) and East Side meat market for hand cut steaks. Overall very nice, great place for a relaxing stay.

Doesn't disappoint!

This is our third time staying at this property and we LOVE it. This fits our needs and preferences so perfectly. The location is great for those wanting to head into New Buffalo as it is just a short drive away. Love the ability to have access to a pantry area to tuck in all of the items we tend to bring with which helps to keep things neat and tidy, tucked away. There is also the extra bonus of having a garage to pull in. So love that during any messy weather!

This house is a dream!

Girls weekend was a huge success with all the amenities for relaxation --- the fire table, hot tub, fireplace all hit the mark to a tee. The peaceful location was a nice break from the hustle of life.

Absolutely perfect!

The Modern Farmhouse was the absolute perfect place! Extremely clean, the house itself was beautiful, the backyard and hot tube were perfect and the hosts were fantastic! Very short drive to great places around including downtown New Buffalo. We will definitely be staying again when in the area and would highly recommend.

Fabulous Farmhouse

This place was beautiful. Everything was brand new and so clean! It was a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the shower and sauna in the master bedroom were next level. It was such a treat to stay in such a well decorated place. The jacuzzi was so clean and relaxing.

Beautiful home

Our annual girls trip was fabulous thanks to this beautiful home. Exactly as advertised, this brand new home offered everything we wanted. It was about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and very close to shopping and dining. We recommend Dune Billie’s for breakfast! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful to relax in as well.
