Nestled in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, our central location offers some of the best access to Colorado Springs. A scenic walking trail is accessible just a stone’s throw from our front yard.

Street parking is available(for 1 car) right in front of our home. Coffee shops, grocery stores and a large variety of resturaunts are very close-by. Take advantage of some of Colorado Springs’ best shopping with Chapel Hills Mall and The Promenade Shops at Briargate less than 2 miles away. Also, we’re located near the Air Force Academy (3.3 miles), and just a short drive from downtown, Garden of the Gods, the Olympic Training Center, The Broadmoor Resort, the Zoo and countless options for gorgeous hikes!
