Beautiful newly built villa vis a vis the beach, on the promenade of Baabe. Modern 3-room apartment with sea view for up to 4 people in the Villa Andrea. The 66 square meter apartment with balcony has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (180 x 200 meters) and one with a pull-out sofa bed (155 x 195 meters) and flat screen TV. High quality furnished living / dining room including well equipped kitchenette with charming dining area and comfortable sofa area with couch and armchairs. A large flat screen TV is also available here. A nice luxury are the two generous shower rooms with WC.  The Villa Andrea has lift, Wi-Fi, underground parking and a communal sauna in the basement. 

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
