This charming and cozy vacation home is located less than 1 km from the beach of Santa Susanna, with its beautiful promenade and numerous restaurants, cafes, stores and souvenirs. The house has a beautiful garden with private pool, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days or enjoy a delicious barbecue. With a fireplace in the living room and the equipment with central heating, you can spend even cooler days here comfortably. There is also a private garage with direct access to the house at your disposal. A few meters behind the garden runs the national road.

The Maresme coast is a long narrow coastal strip that begins north of Barcelona and stretches between the slopes of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea to the picturesque Costa Brava. The mountains protect the beaches and fishing villages from the northern winds and during the year there is a very mild Mediterranean climate. The beauty of this unique enclave is complemented by excellent cuisine, numerous theme parks and a wide range of leisure activities.
