Ideal for relaxed and comfortable stays in a quiet, well-established neighbourhood.

The multi-level layout over two floors balances shared living spaces with privacy, making the home well suited to families and groups travelling together. Please note that stairs are required throughout the property, and the home is not wheelchair accessible.

High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, suitable for remote work, streaming and multiple devices at the same time. Heating during cooler months is provided via air-conditioning units with heating function, as well as radiators.

🛋 Living areas

The main living area combines the lounge and dining space, forming the natural heart of the home. It offers a comfortable setting for shared meals, relaxed days indoors and unhurried evenings together.

From the dining area, there is direct access to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, which often becomes a favourite gathering spot.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and opens onto a separate terrace, particularly pleasant for breakfast and morning coffee outdoors.

The house offers five bedrooms:
• four bedrooms with double beds
• one additional guest room with a full-size sofa bed (160 × 200 cm)

Two bedrooms feature en-suite shower bathrooms.
In total, the house has four bathrooms, ensuring comfort even when fully occupied.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Ceiling fans are available in selected bedrooms.

On the upper level, there is also a small auxiliary kitchen, convenient for preparing drinks or light snacks.

The rooftop serves as an independent outdoor living space, featuring the swimming pool (approx. 3 × 6 m) and open views over the surrounding area and the sea.

During the shoulder seasons (spring and autumn), the pool is typically used with a transparent enclosure that helps reduce wind and extend comfortable swim days. Guests planning frequent pool use outside peak summer are welcome to contact us in advance.

The home is located in a quiet, well-established neighbourhood in Santa Susanna.

🛒 A supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away by car.
🍽 Most restaurants and cafés are located along the seafront and can be reached on foot in around 40 minutes one way; the return walk includes an uphill section. A car is recommended for comfort and flexibility.

🕊️ No. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and is intended for calm, relaxed stays. Music should be kept at a low volume at all times, both during the day and in the evening.

❓ Do we need a car?
⛰️ Yes. The house is located on elevated terrain. For comfort and flexibility, having a car is strongly recommended.

❓ Is the house wheelchair accessible?
🚶‍♂️ No. The house is built over multiple levels with many stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Guests travelling with elderly persons or anyone with reduced mobility are encouraged to contact us in advance.

❓ Is parking available, and can two cars fit?
🚗 Yes. Free street parking is available near the property, and two cars can comfortably park on the street.

❓ Is the rooftop pool available year-round?
🏊 The rooftop pool is a seasonal feature. During spring and autumn, it operates with set opening hours to help maintain water temperature:
• April & November: 12:00 – 16:00
• May: 10:00 – 17:00
• September & October: 10:00 – 18:00

🌡️ In shoulder seasons, the pool is gently heated and typically reaches 24–25°C, depending on weather conditions.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels are included for all guests.
🧴 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of everyday essentials upon arrival, including shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen sponges, a cleaning cloth, and a kitchen towel.

☕ The kitchen is equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine; coffee pods are not supplied.
🔥 Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not provided and can be purchased by guests if needed.

🔥 Yes. Guests are kindly asked to use the barbecue and fireplace responsibly and leave them in a reasonable condition after use.

❓ Where do we dispose of rubbish?
🗑️ Large green waste containers are located outside the property. Guests are kindly asked to dispose of rubbish regularly and before departure.

❓ Where can we buy groceries on arrival?
🛒 A Lidl and Carrefour are located nearby and can be conveniently visited on the way to the house to stock up on groceries and essentials.

❓ Can electric or hybrid vehicles be charged at the property?
🔋 No. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is not possible, as the electrical network is not designed for this purpose.
