Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment, internet and electronic check in.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged 50% of the nightly rate.

The Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late Check-out Fee policy
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
