Welcome to La-de-da at 1571 Sharkstooth Trail!
Bask in the sun with a cold drink while enjoying the view of the canal and fountain from our large back deck. Super cute waterfront two-bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home with a short golf cart ride to the beach. Includes a gas grill and patio furniture, screened front porch, parking for 2 cars, a complimentary golf cart for drivers over 21, washer/dryer, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi! Two queen beds and queen sleeper sofa.

* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

*Small dogs (20lbs and under) are welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.


No smoking or vaping in house or screened front porch.

This is typically a Saturday-to-Saturday rental on all in- season rentals starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all dishes away after washing prior to check out
Please wipe down inside of refrigerator and oven and make sure grill is clean (grates and bottom of cooking area and drip pan)
Please place sheets and towels in bag provided (if linen package was arranged) Make sure quilts and pillows are clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests agree to provide a valid driver’s license and promptly complete and sign booking agreement and abide by all rules of the rental agreement.
Guest will be required to provide age, weight and breed of their dog to be approved by owner before booking.
Guest must provide a brief description of their group including the names and ages of all guests when contacting owner to book property.

We loved our stay at this property at Ocean Lakes. The cottage met our family's needs and was clean and functional. Everything worked as anticipated. The back deck overlooking the lake was a bonus with peaceful views of waterfowl, fish, and turtles. Highly recommended.

The house was clean and very well kelp. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the screen in porch. The golf cart was a major plus. Everything we needed was right there. I recommend this house it has plenty of room for a family . I will definitely keep coming back.

Overall, the house was nice. We did notice that the floors were not very clean and the golf cart seemed to be very slow and had a rattle to it. Could possibly need some work on it and new batteries. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Sorry the cart was slow, we later found out that the throttle sensor was failing and has been replaced. As for the floors we had a small construction project completed that day and although we cleaned and mopped afterwards i’m sure there was dust in the air that had settled.

This is a very nice beach house and Mr.Jim is very nice. They was very helpful. The house was super clean. Perfect spot for fishing. We will be coming back here we loved it!

Really enjoyed our stay and Jim was super responsive to any needs. The house is super cute. I really didn’t want to leave. So much to explore here and we loved the deck and watching the turtles and wildlife. The screened in porch was awesome as well. Just a sweet and fabulous place! The golf cart is the best extra to have too!

This is a great house for a small family or group. The property was nice and updated. It also came with a golf cart which is a huge bonus. The owner is really nice and very responsive.

Beautiful place amazing view. The owners are very friendly and if you have an issue they will address it. If you rent this property and need to use the pull out bed just make sure you bring extra pillows and blankets. They offer pillows and blankets for the bed only. Make sure you go to the breaker box and turn on the hot water heater we didnt realize we had to and we took cold showers. The place is clean and well kept. Worth the stay.

For future stays if you need pillows and a quilt for the pull out they are kept in the clear vinyl bag marked sleeper sofa as we had discussed afterwards. I’m sorry to hear you had cold showers. Amazing Vacation

The owner was so easy to work with. He got us booked within a few hours after our original booking was cancelled. He saved our vacation! My husband and daughter caught lots of fish and had the best time! Highly recommend!
