A short stroll will bring you to water access in one direction and to Sitka's downtown in the other direction. Built in 2020 this custom property was designed with a classically simple style and accessorized with all the comforts of home.

This is a three bedroom, two full bathroom rental. The floor plan of this rental has an open kitchen stocked with all the equipment you need for cooking, baking and entertaining. The dinning area seats four comfortably. The spacious living area has comfortable furnishings that are oriented to take advantage of the large windows offering stunning ocean views; a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets or watch storms roll in off the ocean.

A Great Rental in Sitka!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit for our needs perfectly. The place is nicely furnished, plenty of amenities, fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. we definitely enjoyed our roughly week long stay.

September in Sitka

Heavenly. The views to the South (especially!) and West to the Ocean were magic. The property was clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked; the garage provided a welcome space to charge and secure our rented e-bikes. We had a marvelous visit to beautiful Sitka. Christine was kind and accommodating to permit us to leave our luggage in the unit well past check out to facilitate a late flight. 5 Star!

Excellent view offshore and the airport. Fun to watch planes come and go (only a few per day). Living area upstairs had great views of the outlying islands and the mountains to the East. Easy walk to town. Very close to airport. Well stocked kitchen.

The only suggestion is to have mirrors in the downstairs bedrooms so you can get ready without using the bathroom. Would definitely stay their again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the accommodations overall and I would definitely stay again. However, the pillows in the downstairs front facing bedroom smelled badly (like an elderly man's beard--whatever that is!). I washed them the next morning and it didn't help. Towels could use a turnover as well. Kitchen was supplied well enough for our needs and very user friendly. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood in general felt safe
