Hughes House - A beautiful ocean front home located close to downtown Sitka

Enjoy stunning views of Sitka's Thompson Harbor and Mt. Edgecumbe in this waterfront house.

Recently remodeled, the Hughes House offers great views of Sitka's ocean and mountains from almost every room. Fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, laundry unit, and a greenhouse full of fresh vegetables and herbs, this property is great for large gatherings or family trips.

The main floor offers 3 bedrooms. The bed set up is as follows: one room with two twin beds, a queen bed in the second and a queen bed in the third bedroom as well. The main floor sleeps up to 6 guests.

IMPORTANT:
The daily rate includes the upper level ONLY. The daylight basement can be added to the reservation for an additional fee for larger groups. This addition offers an additional TV room, two bedrooms that sleep up to 4 guests, and one full bath. The bed set up for the additional two rooms is as follows: one room with two twin beds and one room with a queen bed.

Guests renting just the upper level still have access to the laundry facilities.

Stunning view family friendly home

We came to Sitka for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better house to stay in. Ocean front with stunning views and a family friendly house with plenty of room.

Second time was as great as the first

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful house with an abundance of amenities. Our party seven was very comfortable and loved the water front view from the dining table and the living room. Very clean and everything looked so fresh. Excellent wifi and the bear spray and air hornes were much apprecaited as we did alot of hiking. Will stay at the Hughes House again.
