Tracy: It was a privilege having your group and look forward to future visits.
We had a great time staying here for the Barry Roubaix :) Not too far from Hastings. Best accommodation we had. It was a pleasure staying here, as it was catered to please the guest, and made you feel welcome and at home. It was well stocked and had extra goodies. The personal touches in each room with robes, slippers, and bottled water was very nice. The house was very clean and beautiful and everything was set up for the guest’s needs and comfort. Very spacious for guests of 10. Rob responds right away for any questions and concerns. Looking forward to come back here again. Rob, thank you for your awesome place.

I’ll admit that I was very much on the fence about renting to 10 college students. I took the chance because Hayden was very up front about who would be staying.
I would rent to Hayden and his group again without hesitation. They followed all of the rules to a T and left the house in great condition.
This cottage is a hidden gem!! Plenty of beds and a large living room. Huge back yard gor the pooch! Many extras like robes slippers and chocolates on the bed. Top notch all the way.
The house was updated and had everything we needed! There was quite a bit of dog hair on the floor that was kind of gross but other then that it was very clean..Thank you for sharing your house with us!!

I am terribly sorry that you found dog hair on the property. Housekeeping strives to make the property as clean, sanitary, and disinfected as possible.
Had you contacted me during the course of your stay I would have certainly addressed the situation immediately, and asked housekeeping to revisit.
It is not our policy or intention to offer property that doesn’t meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
From time to time over sites can be expected and unfortunately, it appears that you were subject to one. Just a phone call would have triggered an instant response.
My most humble apologies again and all of my best to you with your family of seven in your future travels.
Incidentally the hand written note from your 11 year old exclaiming how much she was taken with the property touched my housekeeper. Thank you and kudos to her.
Great location and house. Had kids and grandkids all together for a long weekend. House had plenty of room for everyone and the yard and deck was great for all kinds of activities. Everyone had a great time on the boat and water. Definitely recommend. All the little touches/amenities that the host adds goes above and beyond to make sure all your accommodations are fulfilled.

I enjoyed meeting you and all of your group. As always, I’m thrilled and humbled that people enjoy the property. Please do come back again soon.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house and all the amenities were exactly as listed, and Rob made it so easy to just show up and have a good time. Despite the colder weather, we were able to make good use of the large patio, fire pit, and golf cart (which was so handy for my physically limited FIL who wanted to go fishing). The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also very clean and there were plenty of linens for our family of 6. We also appreciated the useful little extras like travel-sized toiletries and the fun bonuses like the oversized Jenga set.
We get a place every year to get together with our adult kids. This place was fantastic. Easy check in process which we all appreciated since we arrived at different times. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The lakes were perfect for boating and swimming. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property.

Anna., it was a privilege to host your family get together. I hope you will consider staying again. Maybe you folks will burn more than 5 gallons of boat gas thee next time! LOL
Be well.

Everything we needed was in the house. We had no problem cooking for 8 people. We used the kayaks and life jackets. The 3 year old was beyond belief when he say the fire flys because he had only read about them in books. We had less than a 20 minute drive to visit the rest of the family who was camped out at Custer State Park. Definitely will visit again.
Great place, great host, laid back atmosphere, enough seating for all, even come welcome snacks (which was great because some of us forgot to eat lunch before arriving). We had a family wedding in the area and 10 adults stayed here for two night. It was perfect. It had everything we needed, no need to run out and enough seating we could all be together in the main area. We the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the huge gathering area on the deck and the lake. We would rent again.
