with more than 200 m2 of living space and 3500 m2 of land

Bergerie 1908 completely renovated: 4 bedrooms each consisting of 3 or 4 beds + its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink for maximum comfort and privacy (info: 1 bedroom is on the ground floor = practical for disabled or elderly access if needed)
a living / dining room with open kitchen for a beautiful pleasant and spacious living room

the whole house is equipped with reversible air conditioning = heating for the winters and air conditioning in the summer

IDEALLY LOCATED in the Vaucluse but at the crossroads of the Drôme / the Ardèche / the Gard

you will enjoy all the remarkable villages and other monuments to visit at a maximum of 30 minutes by car
example: city of Orange and its ancient theatre unique in Europe / city of Avignon and its Popes' Palace / Pont du Gard / Vaison la romaine / castle Grignan / castle Suze la Rousse / Gorges of the Ardèche / walk in the countryside on the edge of the Lavender Vineyards and Fields (in June and early July) visit the unique tulip fields in Jonquieres (end of March - beginning of April) all with the glimpse of Mont Ventoux

a day at the sea can even be very easily organised since you would only be 1h15 from the Mediterranean Sea (la grande motte -palavas les flots - montpellier - 1h40 from the calanque de Cassis - marseille)
