About this property

Air-conditioned house in the heart of the Limousin Mountains

Rent a fully equipped, air-conditioned house with 3 bedrooms.
The kitchen was completely renovated in early 2026.
We have 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The house is situated on a large wooded lot with a private pond, at the entrance to the village of Compreignac, where you’ll find all the local amenities:
- Bakery
- Butcher shop
- Pharmacy
- Tobacco shop
- Hair salon
- Convenience store
- Petrol station

We’re 5 minutes from Chabannes Beach, where there’s a water sports centre on Lake St. Pardoux (300 hectares).
This lake has 3 beaches with free parking.
At Santrop Beach, you can enjoy the many activities regularly organised there.
Water skiing is available at Friaudour Beach.
We’re also just 15 minutes from the large Limoges Nord shopping area, at Family Village (IKEA, Leroy Merlin, BUT, Darty, Grand Frais, McDonald’s, etc.).
The Limoges train station is only 20 minutes away.
