You will have gated access to a private entry with a personalized access code to begin your weekday, weekend, or monthly escape. The Friday night jazz at St. Vincent’s or Sunday’s live music at Coliseum Park (seasonal only). Coliseum Park is one block from your front door. Enjoy a day at the spa or stroll to the wine bar two blocks away. Have breakfast at “Surrey” and dinner at “Maya’s Latino Restaurant or Gris Gris Restaurant,” all within one to three blocks from your doorstep.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place leftovers in trash. Tie trash bag and place in trash bin outside near front porch. Remove sheets from bed and place in washer. Place dirty towels in the bathroom tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$50 cleaning fee per week, if staying more than 7 days
Sensitive plumbing: flushable wipes, paper towels, sanitary items MUST NOT be flushed. TIOLET TISSUE ONLY must be used during your stay.
HOA: Noise ordinance restrictions - No loud noise or music before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m.
