Great little spot

The house was very convenient, we were able to walk to dinner and just to browse down Magazine. The front porch is shaded and great for morning coffee.

Great stay in New Orleans!

Exactly as described, beautiful older building, impeccably restored, and in great shape. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, Tulane university or downtown. Great host communication, we would definitely stay here again. If you're coming for Mardi Gras the main parade route is only a few blocks away – just make sure your Uber driver knows to avoid the box- and if they don't know what that is find another driver!

Lovely room just off Magazine St.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room is spacious with lovely decor. Despite being a room off of a residence, it felt very private and quiet. The location is fantastic, just one block off from Magazine St. Lots of great shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance, and it's quick to walk up and catch a cable car stop for travel to either side of town. We would definitely stay here again for future trips to New Orleans.

New Orleans

Such a cute property! Felt very New Orleans. Cannot say more about the location. 5 minute walk to our favorite restaurant we ate at in the 5 days we were NOLA. Enjoyed morning walks through the Garden District before we got our day started. LOVED THIS PLACE! Not limited to but these were our favorites of the whole week and they are all in walking distance: -Atchafalaya-District -Basin (happy hour oysters) -Village (had our fav beignets)

The accommodations were perfect for us. It is well suited for a single or couple. All we needed was provided and the decor was tasteful and appropriate for a Garden District cottage. Gino is quite responsive to questions. The location was wonderful. We parked our car and didn't need it at all during our stay. We used the La Pass app on our phones to buy a three-day pass. We walked six blocks to St. Charles and had unlimited rides on the streetcar and other RTA transportation. Quiet neighborhood but only a block off Magazine Street with its restaurants and attractions. We will definitely try to book this property on our next trip to New Orleans.

Everything was exceptional, from walking through the gate into the garden, up the steps to the landing, I felt pampered as I entered the dwelling: stepping into a little jewelry box. I loved listening to the fountain and having my morning coffee on the front porch awaiting the sun to warm me.The room was elegant with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was perfectly sized for a short stay. Having access to a refrigerator was important to me.There was a large bottle of filtered water, beer cans and a frozen pizza in the freezer which I did not use as I was not sure if this was intended for me. Lovely gesture though if it was meant for me.The room and bathroom were perfectly sized as well. Plenty of storage in the chest and the luggage rack tucked in the corner out of the way was a practical plus. Everything pleasing to the eye, from the painted walls and wood works, to the bathroom tiles, and decor and paintings, all coordinating pleasantly.I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, catching No. 11 bus to town, walking Louisiana Avenue then catching the street car on St. Charles. The location was perfectThank you for making my stay in NOLA so special.

Amazing stay, clean property. Very well stocked. Gino was great to communicate with you about your arrival times and plans. Gino and his partner gave us great advice about city events and activities. Letting us know that it was coolinary month and recommended several great restaurants. Property was great, nice private door entrance. Comfortable bed and stocked toiletries. Property is located within very short walking distances great casual dining and coffee shops. Close to bus stops and a few blocks down to the St Charles Street car line. Quiet pleasant neighborhood. My wife and I have even discussed and decided that when we return we will definitely try to stay here again.
