Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend Now Available. Three Day Minimum Stay.

Our Beach House has over 2100 square feet for family and friends to spread out. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 comfortably. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin over full bunk and 2 twins all with new mattresses. The Kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and there is a second fridge in the garage. Tons of space outdoors too with outside shower. 72 inch Roku TV with Internet/WiFi. Central Air-conditioning, beach toys, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart. Close to all major attractions and restaurants. The first floor has the living/dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms; one with a King bed and one with a queen bed. There are also two full bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms; one with a twin over full and twin and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The second floor also has a full bathroom. The house is ideally located within a short walk to the Ship Bottom bay beach and a few minutes walk to the ocean. Also easy on/off island access to major shopping without having to deal with seasonal traffic.

There is a deck off the back of the house with a patio area, gas grill and seven person hot tub to relax after a day at the beach. There are multiple parks, basketball courts, etc. within walking distance. 5 beach passes included.

5 stars truly is not enough to represent everythint about this home! The owner is extremely helpful and tentive with everything you need. The home itself is in the perfect location from the bay to the beach! There are so so so many amenities that come with this home as well. From 2 kayaks, life jackets, a beach wagon, I couldnt even count how many beach chairs , most of them tommy Bahama ⛱️ beach umbrellas, and of course the hot tub! There is also varies board games and outdoor games to include a built in corn hole set! The outdoor shower was perfect after coming home from the beach or bay. This is a must stay for any family or friends vacation!! Cant wait to go back!

August Get together

Our three generation get away on LBI was just about perfect-it rained one morning. This house had EVERYTHING you needed to cook inside, bbq outside, relax in the yard or have coffee on the deck. In addition, the host (NM) supplied EVERYTHING from sand toys and boogie boards to kayaks along with beach chairs and umbrella. The location was perfect- bay beach for the toddlers and ocean for the adults. The house was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and provided adequate space for everyone. I will definitely return but for a longer stay next time.

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at.

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The home was clean, close to the beach, close to the bay and the owner left a bunch of great items that we were able to use like bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs and more. We will definitely be trying to go back there again this summer and every opportunity we have. I also want to mention the owner Nancy who is extremely responsive in advance of our getting there and recommended several places to go while we were there. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

I grew up spending summer vacations on this island. Once I had my own family, we continued the tradition every summer. We love this unique, family friendly place and we have created so many memories here.

Why they chose this property

This vacation home is located half a block from the municipal boat ramp where you can place your boat, wave runner, or kayak directly in the bay. There are weekly concerts at the bay park as well. There is also a playground and walking/biking paths. One block away is the bay beach with parking, bathrooms, outdoor shower, lifeguard, handicapped accessible water access and gazebo. The ocean is just a few blocks away.

What makes this property unique

Closely located to the bridge which greatly cuts down on the traffic trying to get on or off island. Close access to those essential places like Shop Rite, Costco where you can stock up and not pay island prices. Very quiet section of the island as we are not located on the main drag but still walking distance to the beach and bay.
