Equipment * Dining table * 1 bedroom with double bed * 1 bedroom with double bed accessible via stairs.   For the two apartments "Victoriasicht" and "Königsstuhl", which are located on the upper floor of the house, the second bedroom is located in the open attic. The two apartments located on the ground floor "Herthasee" and "Murmelsee" is the second bedroom in the basement and is also within the apartment via a staircase from the hallway to reach.

The "Landvilla" is located in rural Hagen in the north-east of the island of Rügen.
