The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a two-family house in a quiet side street in the health resort Eppenbrunn.
The village is located in the southern part of the Palatinate Forest only a few kilometers from the French border. Around the village there are numerous hiking trails.

Dogs are welcome after consultation with us.

From the apartment you have a direct access to the large sunny terrace on the may be grilled and the garden, which can be fully shared.
To the apartment in 1. OG can also be used by agreement, a stair lift.
The apartment consists of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, a guest toilet and a double bedroom.
