Perfect location, and just what I needed for my business trip. Cozy! Close by everything downtown. Perfect location if you want to come to an event downtown or the stadium! Would stay again in the future, and would recommend. Thank you for the stay!

I instantly had an uneasy feeling about staying here. It was so secluded. There was a knife and rope in the yard. That was enough to say follow my gut and leave. Was money lost as I got a room else where. Make my trip more costly. I don’t recommend for single women. Would love a refund.

Great little spot to stay walkable to Downtown!

We enjoyed our visit to Pensacola in this little cottage space. It’s small but used the space very well and has everything you need for your stay. Very quiet and peaceful spot and walkable to anything in the Downtown Pensacola area!

Easy peasy

Connie & Lee are great to work with. The cottage is small but was just fine for me!!!I was visiting my son. This cottage is clean and so close to everything I needed. I will book this again soon. Thanks for the hospitality.

Not everyone’s cup of tea but perfect for me

Great location! Perfect place for me as I was by myself. Bathroom is kind of a tight squeeze but overall a nice place. Korean/Japanese restaurant that was a block away and food was delicious. Downtown is about 4-5 city blocks away and I love to walk so perfect for me.

Clean clean clean! Convenient!!! If you’re ok with small spaces, don’t need a lot of room to spread out…..this is your place! It was easily accessed! Entry was easy peasy. It’s small, but it has everything you need. Hanging clothes space, kitchen well stocked, shower toiletries, hair dryer, TV…..it was great for us as we wanted a space near the Wahoo ballpark and Palafox. It was 4 blocks walking distance (15) minutes. If you need a place to sleep/shower…..book it. The host was easy to communicate with; prompt response to inquiries. We would book again. With there being a festival that weekend, I think the pricing was reasonable; we’re hoping there is a discount for return guests.

The unit is small but comfortable and clean. The wide sofa is the bed, but it is comfortable. The shower is small but doable. We didn't spend any time in it except to sleep and shower so it worked fine for us.
