We are located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse. This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa sleeps 6 and features a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. To make your trip to paradise even easier, we've included bed and bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Your Villa provides 2 parking spaces.

Complimentary washers & dryers are located on property. Heated indoor pool is open April thru November.

Good location and easy bike path access

The property was exactly as advertised and met our expectations. The manager was very nice. We would have preferred check-in instructions ahead of time without needing to call, but did not have any problems with check-in or our stay. We enjoyed the location and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge. We would stay here again.

Great location for the pony swim

Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional. The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed. We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us.

Last minute booking worked out wonderfully

We usually rent a house but since this was last minute and not a full week. This place worked out great. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. The indoor pool was great for night swimming no bugs!!!! The two daily passes to Maui jacks was also a great bonus. Ed the property manager was fantastic to work with. We definitely would stay here again.

Property was old and had a dated smell. Used my sanitizing /deodorizing spray. Was clean and neat. Bed comfortable. Management was good. Location was good. Close to wildlife refuge /Beach.
