Excellent Stay!

This home was such a treat for all three generations that stayed. The kids LOVED the pool and jumping between the hot tub and pool. The elevator was great for groceries, luggage and elderly coming to visit. The golf cart was such a treat to the vacation too! I also have to mention the beds… THEY ARE SO COMFY.. I actually slept well on this trip as did the whole crew… we all commented on how comfy they were.

Picture-Perfect Paradise

Beautiful home with lovely heated pool & spa area. The included golf cart was a nice perk for getting to the beach and local restaurants. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We would love to stay at this property again and looking forward to our next visit to Anna Maria Island!

Best homes we've ever rented!

Dream Weaver was one of the best homes we've ever rented for a family getaway. It offered every amenity imaginable to entertain both kids and adults. The house was just minutes from the beach by foot and a quick golf cart ride away from anything on the island. Additionally, it was beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Our family of 5 had a great week long stay in Anna Maria. Seabreeze properties were responsive and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. They immediately addressed and questions or issues we had about the property. Our rental property had a couple minor issues that popped up during our stay, and they were quick to reach out and find a solution. We hope to be back soon!

Loved Dreamweaver!

Loved Dreamweaver. The pool, jacuzzi, facilities. The villa itself was beautiful. Very clean, and had every mod con you could ask for. The teens loved the mini golf and beat us everytime at bean bag toss! Great location too. Golf cart was such fun. 🤩

The home is beautiful and a great location, Central too many restaurants in beaches. Stores on Pine Avenue on northern Anna Maria are about 6 to 8 minute golf cart ride. To get to the Publix grocery store in Central and Ana Maria Island is again 6 to 8 minutes. To get to the southern part of the island near Coquina Beach is about 12 minute ride. The communication from the rental property management company was excellent and the home was very clean. There were several items that needed repair, nothing major, but would like to see them completed for future guest. Overall, a beautiful home, great location, very clean, and we would go back again!

We have 2 teens ages 18 and 14 and they loved everything about the house. The elevator was great for my mother who cannot go up and down stairs. Wonderful week!

Great Vacation at Dream Weaver

What a beautiful week we had staying at Dream Weaver. It was a great escape from the Midwest winter! We loved the layout, the kitchen had everything we needed since we love to cook. It was also great to be together in a very spacious living area. We appreciated all the design comfort throughout the home. We spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the beach, then returning to an awesome backyard, grilling and being in the pool. The house was just perfect, and we can't wait to return. Thank You.

Amazing Home !

After well over 20 years of coming to Anna Maria Island, I stayed at Dream Weaver for the first time. The home was fantastic, and super relaxing and not far to the beach. Very comfortable, and nicely updated. They had every sort of beach item you could possibly want, including chairs, umbrellas and a cart to tote it all. The pool Spa and golf in the back yard was amazing!I would definitely stay there again.
