2 Bed 1 Bath Cottage, Full Kitchen, 20 min to Athens or Commerce

Our 930 square foot cottage is in the heart of the tiny, but beautiful downtown Nicholson. The East Jackson Park is a 5 minute walk. This house is convenient to both Commerce and Athens. Enjoy your night in our quiet town before going to Sanford Stadium for a football game, shopping at the outlets in Commerce, or spending a day at the park! The house has recently been remodeled and has a full size refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer for your use. A blow up bed is provided if you have 5 or 6 guests. There is a small tv in the living room that stays signed in to Disney Plus, and Hulu. The paved driveway is somewhat steep but will hold two vehicles.
