Modern Spacious Family Home w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit

KITCHEN/FAMILY ROOM: This new-construction home features a full kitchen, well stocked with essentials. We even have an assortment of teas, cocoa, a pour over coffee system with coffee, and a Keurig! The kitchen opens to a family room furnished specifically with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Through the sliding doors is the covered patio with the fire pit, BBQ and hot tub* in the fully-fenced grassy backyard.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: All the rooms have new, soft, comfy bedding for you to rest well. This is a 4-bedroom home, and each room has a king or queen bed in it. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. There is also a desk and office space in the master bedroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all have queen beds. The closets in 2 of those rooms store memory foam floor mats that fold out into twin beds, complete with all the bedding. We also have a Pack n Play available. The entire house sleeps 10 total (2 people per bed and 2 floor mats).

LAUNDRY: You will have a regular size washer and dryer for your own private use in the house.

PARKING: You are welcome to park in the 2-car garage or in the driveway. The driveway can also hold 2 cars.

*By agreeing to book a stay, you acknowledge that you will be using the hot tub and property at your OWN risk. Please supervise ALL children in hot tub at ALL times.

LOCATION: This home is on the north side of Spokane on Five Mile Prairie. Prairie living but close to everything! Approximate distances:
~15 minutes from downtown
~20 minutes from Gonzaga University
~6 minutes from Whitworth University
~25 minutes from Green Bluff (you-pick farms and wedding venues)
~25 minutes from Spokane Interstate Fair Grounds
~45 minutes from Mt. Spokane State Park (skiing, hiking, biking)
~1 hour and 15 minutes from 49 Degrees North Skiing
~45 minutes from Silverwood
~50 minutes from Coeur d' Alene, Idaho

Also very close to Sky Prairie Park, a huge park with bike/roller blade trails, 2 big toy structures and tennis courts. A little further North there is the Hatch Aquatics Center with a large outdoor pool and water slides.

Ask us about renting our backyard saltwater pool! It is at our residence about 12 minutes away from the house.

We are also offering 2 ELECTRIC BIKES for rental! If you have not tried E bikes, you will be thrilled at this exhilarating way of enjoying nature. We are surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and plenty of places to ride bikes and get out for some fresh air. On E bikes you can travel much further than on regular bikes, still getting plenty of exercise but without feeling exhausted. You will be refreshed and invigorated. Dave and I loooooove our E bikes and invested in them to enhance your enjoyment of the beautiful Spokane area. $45/day per bike.
