About this property

House with lake view near Interlaken

Modern furnished house overlooking Lake Thun near Interlaken / Jungfrauregion / Bernese Oberland. 5 kilometers from Interlaken. The bus station (public transport) is located 2 minutes (100 meters) from the house. The boat station and the shore of Lake Thun can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The buses run only during the day until about 19 clock. If you want to go to Interlaken in the evening you either need your own car or you can take a taxi for about 20 Swiss francs.

In our house there are three bedrooms with either a double bed or two single beds (maximum number of guests: 6 people). On request, an additional cot / crib is available.

Our guests have the house to themselves. Next door is a permanently rented studio, which is usually used only over the weekend (Friday to Sunday).

The kitchen with stove, oven, steamer, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, rice cooker, dishwasher etc. is fully furnished.

In the basement is a washing machine and a steamer available.

Our house has Internet (W-Lan) and a TV (Swisscom TV)

Fantastic stay in the Bernese Oberland

We had a fantastic week at Therese's property - it is perfectly located for everything the region has to offer, the propety itself is in a quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes from Interlaken, beautiful views of lake Thun which is only a couple hundred metres away for a morning swim! We took so many daytrips all around - Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Brienz etc all so close along with all the amazing mountain cable cars and railways. Therese was a great host, great communication before and during our stay - would happily reccomend for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of the world.

Absolutely wonderful!

This property was even better than we expected! Plenty of indoor space for my husband, myself and three young adult kids. So we’ll equipped with everything you could need! The location was fabulous! You can take a walk down the hill and be at the water - for a great walk along the lake. It is a steep walk back up - but it’s a paved driveway. Plenty of outdoor seating at the house and the view of the lake is great! Also, there is a view of the lake from each bedroom we would highly recommend this house!!

Traumhaft

Wir wussten, dass wir zwei Wochen mit unserem Sohn in einer wunderbaren Umgebung verbringen würden. Aber Thereses Ferienhaus übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen. Noch nie hatten wir eine so vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft, es fehlte buchstäblich an nichts. Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt und geräumig, der Garten lud zum Verweilen ein und ein täglicher Höhepunkt war das Frühstück mit Ausblick auf den See und das Bergpanorama. Dazu noch eine in wenigen Minuten erreichbare fast private Badestelle am Waldrand. Von der nahen Bushaltestelle aus waren Interlaken und Thun gut zu erreichen. Therese ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die auf Anfragen immer schnell reagierte und uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gab. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, es ist seinen Preis wirklich wert. Herzlichen Dank, liebe Therese!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir haben in dem Haus eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Es gibt große Zimmer, eine schöne Außenanlage und die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Auch die Gastgeberin, Frau Schlachter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Toller Start ins neue Jahr 2022

Wir hatten super 4 Tage im Haus und haben viel unternommen. Die gute Lage hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir in alle Richtungen schnell fahren und das Berner Oberland entdecken konnten. Im Haus hatten wir genügend Platz und es sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne empfehlen wir es weiter :)

Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Ausserdem hat es Gewürze, Essig und Oel, was ich noch nie in einem Ferienhaus angetroffen habe. Dazu kommt, dass ein grosser Vorrat an Café und WC-Papier vorhanden ist. Ausserdem stellt die Vermieterin Seife, Duschmittel, Haarshampoo usw. zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Very cozy house with a wonderful view

From first questions to final booking Therese has been very reactive and friendly. The house is very well equipped, spacious and the has very large bedrooms. From the main rooms you will find a beautiful view on the lake and only have to walk 5 minutes to be on the shore. It’s very well located between Interlaken and Thun and shops are only 10 minutes away. It is ideal both for adults only and families.

Excellent Spacious House

The property was extremely pleasant, spacious, clean and well equipped and Therese was really helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely view of Lake Thun and the location was very handy for bus and train connections. Would love to stay again as this lovely house really was perfect for our holiday.

The best place in Switzerland!

Our stay at the Interlaken house was amazing! The views are outstanding and it's located very close to town. On the main level you have a large open space that includes the kitchen, eating area and the living space. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and even a small office, everything a family could need.Therese and her husband were very gracious hosts and they thought of everything a guest could need. You can even take a walk down to the lake and visit some cows along the way.The house exceeded our expectations tremendously!!
