-The pool is not heated and there is no fence around the actual pool by staying here you accept all liability for use of the pool for the renter and any other members of their party or guests
-Quiet hours are 10pm 7 days per week in all indoor or outdoor spaces
Lockouts will result in a $189 fee
-Debris in the pool such as glass will result in a fee in proportion to the cost of remediating the situation.
-Violation of house rules will result in a lockout
-Luggage drop-off only allowed prior to check-in not after check-out
